I’ve received the incorrect item.

We do our very best to fulfill all your orders accurately. In cases where you have received the wrong item or order, please contact immediately us so we can correct your order or offer a refund if the item is now out of stock.

I’ve changed my mind

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind. Please research your plant choices carefully to ensure you can provide adequate long term care for them prior to purchasing.

My items were damaged in the post

Please get in contact with us immediately so we can try and correct this. We have had an incredibly low rate of plants damaged during transit and have been working on perfecting our shipping methods further since opening.

I’m not happy with the plants I received

We do our best to provide truthful example photos and product size descriptions but, ultimately, plants are living variable things. If you feel at all unhappy with the plants you have received, please reach out to us immediately using the website contact form so we can try and correct the issue. It’s necessary for you to reach out with concerns as soon as possible as it can be difficult to determine the cause of a plant’s decline if you wait before reaching out.

Can I send you things or do you trade?

Tasmania’s strict biosecurity laws prevent us receiving plants without careful treatment and packing according to the Tasmanian Plant Biosecurity Manual Tasmania. Because of this, we generally (unfortunately!) don’t receive plants outside of our wholesale orders. Feel free to reach out if you have something interesting, we might be able to time it with an order.
